We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is filed within 45days of the date the product(s) were delivered. Yes we provide tracking numbers for all purchases on our online store, if after (maximum) 3 days after your order you do not receive your tracking number, ask us using the contact us page or by e-mailing support@artizanale.com 

Our products are mainly shipped from North America more precisely from the United States and also from around the world depending on your location. This allows us to offer very short delivery times to our customers
